Baby Blue 1950 F1

I'm plugging along on this little 50 Ford truck.  I love this kit.  At first I was thinking about using some Pegasus wheels for this one, but I have changed my mind.  The paint is Createx Sky Blue.  Tamiya Clear.

I have made a little progress over the last few days.  I have the BMF done and I made a bed mat out of an old CD case.

First off that's a clean build you've got going there JD!

Secondly , thanks for that great idea concerning the bed mat. I'm considering that idea for use with my 56.

Looking good! I like the color, and the bed mat idea is very creative! That DVD case material would probably work well for a tonneau bed cover, too.

These are great kits, my only gripe being I wish they left the stock engine parts in the kit.

I like style you are building, very mild custom on the outside with a little something extra under the hood.
