george 53 Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 Oh, an Zeb, that does appear to be a 41 Stoodybaker Champeen!
dub Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 (edited) It's actually a 1941 Studebaker Commander, but that was really close! Edited June 25, 2008 by dub
lordairgtar Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 The Quicksilver was the only car Zimmer made that actually looked good. The others were perfect for the Florida white belt and shoes with red polyester pants set.

dub Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Mine's lonely still! A few people think it's an Opel. (I'm not one of them) I can tell you its NOT a Vauxhall!
sfhess Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Well for what it is worth it was powered by Merc or perhaps a Porsche engine. 1990 Isdera Imperator I thought it might had been a Isdera they have used that periscope mirror on a couple other of their cars like the Commendatore. That's right. It actually was originally called the b+b CW111. Sorry for the delay in confirmation.
CAL Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 (edited) That's easy, I have it in my pics....I think. Is it a Moskvich? 1956 only like 2 built and were apparently made for racing and didn't do too hot and was redesigned and remade for 1959 kinda the predecessor of the G1....405..I'm pretty sure. It's Russian right? something a little NEWER, and with Dub screaming NEXT, HERE YA GO!! GEEZ!! You're warm.... I think yours is a Mitsubishi Galant GTO or maybe a Lancer Celeste. Edited June 26, 2008 by CAL
george 53 Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 OOOOO, I likey! watever it is its got 69 Camaro RS lower tailights!.
sfhess Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 You're warm.... I think yours is a Mitsubishi Galant GTO or maybe a Lancer Celeste. Audi 100 Coupe. About 1972-73.
sfhess Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Let's see about this one...... Dual-Ghia. It's Chrysler powered. Sinatra and Dean Martin owned them.
CAL Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Audi 100 Coupe. About 1972-73. By god, man, I think you are correct. That's the most Japanese looking Audi I have ever seen.
Modelmartin Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 MAKE MY DAY ! I just bet that you are thinking everyone is going to say Stutz Bearcat or Mercer Raceabout, especially with that yellow paint job but some of us brass era aficionadas know better. I will say Oakland 1910-1915 approx. Did I amke your day, Mr. Zeb? Andy Martin
lordairgtar Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 (edited) how about this rust bucket. It's an Izh, built by the same factory that produced the famous Kalishnikov automatic weapon. Good Russian car, strong like bull, smells like one too. But I prefer this one Edited June 26, 2008 by lordairgtar
Guest zebm1 Posted June 27, 2008 Posted June 27, 2008 Nice looking hood ornament, where can I get one of those GreggK?
lordairgtar Posted June 27, 2008 Posted June 27, 2008 Is not hood ornament, is tried and true Russian heater. Good for long drives to Moscow. Also good for long vinter nights in Dacha by lake Baikal. Better than Vodka.
Nick F40 Posted June 27, 2008 Author Posted June 27, 2008 By god, man, I think you are correct. That's the most Japanese looking Audi I have ever seen. DING DING, he;s right! It does doesn't it, kinda Opelish
