Hello guys, I am back again. Now with the build of KW W900 in edition of 25th anniversary. I started with shortening the hood and chice of new engine. There is original Cummins NTC 400 in this KW. The problem is that only 1/24 is available. We will see that this combination of scales is possible.

As the first must I removed front axle. Next step were shorted chassis, for the same size as hood, underthe cab there was best place to made it.

I decided to replace also airbags from rest rear axles. Original is terrible.

next step is how to make simple new airbags. There are made from evergreen profiles. and also I must did something with terrible tyres. I put inside disc a stripe of plastic, how you can see on picture. And of course I drilled a new holes into discs.

Excellent work Pavel. This will be an excellent addition to your shelf. Your attention to detail is second to none.

I'd like to see how you have all of your outstanding builds displayed.

Looking great, Pavel.  I have a box-stock version of this in process, and I can't decide if the hood sits too far back, or the bumper sticks out too far.

Great work Pavel.
Regarding the NTC 400, you could have used the dual turbo NTC 475 from the Revell AG Peterbilt 359, Kenworth K100 or T600 and leave out one of the turbos and you will have a 1:25th scale NTC 400.

Yes it does...it looks very good...I just thought I would give out the information if anyone want a 1:25 scale NTC 400

Works on this kit continues very slowly. I also make on our wbsite (look picture corner down). Chassis will be soon ready, just must adedd some filters. I tried to made a new external luberfiner on the right and dryer on the left. Than I made rear lights (from CTM parts) and mudflaps.

  Pavel,

i don't know how I missed this build thread. You are doing a really nice job on this one. I really like the weathering on your chassis.

Outstanding work Pavel. I dont know how I missed this one. I always enjoy watching your builds. You have taken this kit up a few levels in detail. I really like the plumbing and weathering, and the alclad on the wheels really makes them look better.
