This one was my second built that I was able to finish up recently. It's also my favorite so far because this was my first 1:1 car. My real one was more of a cherry/pepper red. This one is painted with Testors Honduras Maroon with Future on top. I didn't take chassis or engine pics because this kit was lacking in those two areas. But it does make a decent curbside:).

Thanks for looking and comments are welcomed.

Good job Terry!

I had a High School buddy who's Mom had a 68 Fastback, nice car.  We did lots of cruising in that piece. (w/o Mom, lol).  273 auto, good too was the A/C, this was Florida.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I might be a wee bit bias because i owned a 1:1 of this car but I have always preferred the A-body Cuda's (especially the fastbacks) to the E-bodys. Although there are some awesome examples of the E-bodys on this forum, and I have one in my stash to build someday.

nice! those wheels really fit the car

Thanks Greg. Yeah my 1:1 had Cragers on it so I had to "borrow" those wheels from another kit. Had to have those on this model.

Beautiful! What did you use for the gauges?

Thanks Harry. It's been 3 or 4 years since I did the interior on this, but if I remember I used a silver artist pencil over the black paint.

I agree.

I've always liked the '67-'69 Barracudas better than the later ones.

Great job on this one!
