JTalmage
Two turbos. One in front of the other. Small snail spooling big snail. Sticking up in place of where that blower/hillborn stacks would go. With an air filter on the front of them. now that would be wacky.
jjsipes
Use the dual overhead cam 426 out of the 70 Superbee that the hi-rise intake came from for something different.

exesivefire
Today I moved onto the rear suspentuon. I cleaned up the axle tubes to remove the leaf spring pads, then built a crossmember at the rear and moved the leaf springs inward a bit to make room for those big tires. while that was setting up I moved up front to the inner fender wells. Those need to go. tons of room for headers now!

exesivefire
I've been getting really lucky on this one, I'm sure I'll pay for it by saying this. But some builds fight me start to finish, this one I've been pretty lucky and things are just falling into place. Tackled the ladder bars tonight, first I started with the rear bars from the new 29 roadster kit then made a crossmember from coated wire. a little trimming and I'm in business, I might add some more bracing to the bars, I'll play with it a bit tomorrow. silo1483
Remade the stacks.. Better this time I think. I also made a blower intake while I was at it, I like tall and crazy apparently. this would look cool if the stacks were different sizes going in different directions

exesivefire
Working on the wheel wells this morning, had to make them a touch larger since I opened up the quarter panel. Also had to fill in that hole from the area I carved out.
exesivefire
Got a set of headers thanks to JollySipper, so I was able to move forward on some other things. First I addressed the holes for the hood hinges, since I won't be using a hood, I won't be needing those. after that I cleaned up some mold lines, scribed the panel gaps deeper and started priming stuff. I'm happy with how the chassis turned out considering all the holes I had to fill and the wheel well mods. Can't wait to start shooting it with color.
