AMT '64 Galaxie

Built from an original kit about 30 years ago.  One of my first BMF applications.  I even re-chromed the front bumper with it!

Yes, when my hands were steady and my eyesight was sharp!  I had not yet started polishing paint yet so that was straight out of a rattle can.

What a beauty; I think its the finest looking '64 Galaxie build that I have seen in over 30 years of car modeling!  Did you add clear lenses to those 4 headlights or treat the chrome somehow to make them look more realistic?

That was the kit that had operating headlights, if I remember correctly. AWESOME build!

Yes, it is the kit with working headlights.  They still work too!  Good thing about the screw bottom kits, you can take it apart to change the battery.
