Thanks Bill, that was quite interesting. I like his approach to design hands-on rather than with a computer or CNC. I agree there is a softer, better flow that way. 

Used to live just around the corner from his shop. I've been a fan of his work for a long time.

I always enjoy getting a glimpse into "craftsman" shops and builders.

I saw one of his creations at the Detroit Autorama a number of years ago and it really impressed me. I also saw a couple of T.V. programs showing his work. Without going into any arguments about who did the actual work, I really like the idea of building hot rods with a coachbuilder's approach and the hand crafted details involved. So thank you Bill for showing us this!

Thanks Bill. If  iI came into a lot of money  I would have him build a car for me. I've seen lots of his cars at the roadster show when it was in Oakland and the Bay area. Just gorgeuos work.
