martinfan5 Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 My build for the "Living In The 90's" build Off I am doing on Facebook, AMT Dodge Stealth for the 1995 model year, paint is Red Bull Blue from Scale Finishes, wheels are from Fujimi.
buildnething Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 Awesome job! I like it. Reminds me of my childhood and the Viper TV show. I would like to do the Indy Pace Car version! Does anyone make that color?
martinfan5 Posted January 28, 2016 Author Posted January 28, 2016 (edited) Yes, same here, I was a teen when that show was on, very much enjoyed that show.As for the paint color, I am not sure. Edited January 28, 2016 by martinfan5
lghtngyello03 Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 (edited) Super clean build! Makes me miss my 93 TT Stealth. What kit is this? All of the AMT kits that I've saw built had fitment issues.....yours is clearly perfect! Any engine shots? Edited January 28, 2016 by lghtngyello03
Slomoslam Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 The Stealth is such a cool car, nice job. Did the headlight lenseseses come smoked or did you at that touch?
Deathgoblin Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 Very nice looking Stealth. Don't see those very often.
spencer1984 Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 That's a great color for the Stealth, nice work!

Does anyone make that color? I have a version of the kit this kit from AMT that has the pace car decals. As you probably know, the Stealth was pulled as the 1991 pacecar at the last minute, as the UAW did not appreciate a foreign-built car leading the way for the Indy 500. The Dodge Viper was substituted (a better choice IMO), and the Stealth was downgraded to a "festival car" to run errands and drive celebrities around the grounds.
bbowser Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 Great model Jonathan, love the color and the black wheels.
kilrathy10 Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 I remember these things....I wanted one, so bad, when I was younger....Nice work....The wheels really look good on it.....
bogger44 Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 Boy, you sure don't see these built often! Wheels look great on it and that is a beautiful shade of blue. Well done!
