My recently completed 1969 Chevrolet Nova. No claims made as to authenticity of paint colour or anything like that, but if I had one, she'd look something like this. Loved this Revell 'Muscle' kit though a few lessons have been learned and once this Impreza P2000 is completed I can see a 1968 Charger on the Horizon

Agreed! That's the way I build them too.  How the perfect specimen looks in my mind's eye... the car I'd want to own.

A while back I finished a Dodge Ramcharger to my liking... I brought it to a club meeting and a know it all swaggered up and said, "The grille wasn't black on that year."   I replied, "I know, but if it was my truck it would."  Done and over!

Very nice.  Reminds me of the one my grandma had...she bought it new.   I believe My Aunt still has it......I might have to ask about it after seeing this..

Nice car- the great thing about modeling is being able to do it the way you want to. Besides, I'm sure they probably had a green color back then that was at least close to what you picked. Looks pretty authentic to me!
