MGL Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 To go with the Dark Side of the Moon themed Ford van I did last year I thought I would do a The Wall themed Dodge van. I have a Chevy in the stash to someday do an Animals themed van. Thanks to Chuck Most and the article he wrote awhile back suggesting to put spring shackles on the rear of this dodge kit. I can't get a picture of it but the headliner is the painting from the ceiling of the Sistine chapel and there are other paintings and tour posters in there along with a tv with a screen shot from the movie.
gatorincebu Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Now that is just way cool ! both of those vans are trick. Can't wait to see what you come up with for the Stones van??? Be Well Gator
disabled modeler Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Very nice..! Someday I need to find the stuff to make one I use to own of a 71-75 Dodge custom van and make a replica of it.
MGL Posted April 25, 2016 Author Posted April 25, 2016 Great and cool. Is the graphics a decal???They are decals that I printed, I put 2 layers of decals on it to get the color less transparent.
iamsuperdan Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 That is fantastic! Awesome idea for changing up a van build.
kilrathy10 Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Cool looking vans....Great job on the graphics and such.....This is just cool....
Hubert Rollins Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 That is wild... My 2 favorite things combined- models and music!!!
olschoolkid Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Nice van. I never would've thought of building vans with band themes, but it's a good idea.
Ridgeback Posted May 15, 2016 Posted May 15, 2016 That really is inspired, The decals and build is spot on.
