JerseeJerry55 Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 This arrived today from eBay. Can't wait to not screw this one up. No vinyl top for her. Thanks for looking. Jerry
JerseeJerry55 Posted June 14, 2016 Author Posted June 14, 2016 Next to the 455 Stage 1, the 440 Six Pack is my favorite engine.
Roadrunner Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 It's hard to go wrong with Mopar muscle, at last as far as I'm concerned.
moparfarmer Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 That 69 SuperBee is a fairly simple kit..It can be built up into a beautiful piece..Of the early Monogram muscle cars it is the best representation of them all..You will be pleased with the model and the build when you are finished...
JerseeJerry55 Posted June 14, 2016 Author Posted June 14, 2016 Love the Coronet's/Belvederes and the subsequent RTs, Super Bees, Runners, and GTXs. Actually like most all 1964-74 muscle cars. I wish I had the $$$ to afford a real one. But since I dont I will have to settle for ones one twenty fifth the size of the actual ones.
Xingu Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 It's hard to go wrong with Mopar muscle, at last as far as I'm concerned.I endorse this statement 100%.
mustang1989 Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 I endorse this statement 100%.and I re-endorse it another 100%!
JerseeJerry55 Posted June 15, 2016 Author Posted June 15, 2016 Appreciate the endorsements but have already succeeded in screwing up the paint. The primer went on fine but the Tamiya TS-31 Bright Orange lacquer was uncooperative or should I say the dummy who sprayed it enabled said uncooperativness. Let's just call as I see it. I suck at painting. Too far the lacquer dried before it hit the model. Too close drips, runs, gloms. I guess I should have listened to Johnny Bench back in day and used Krylon. No drips. No runs. No errors.Jerry
JerseeJerry55 Posted June 15, 2016 Author Posted June 15, 2016 Don't give up! What scale is the model?125
