Here are some in progress pics of my 1957 Ford Custom Chief's Car.  I got the engine, sub-frame, & interior assembled & painted.  Now I just have to put it all together!  I'll be the first to admit that I usually don't build cars, so this is a little different for me.

Here is the kit I'm starting with:

I don't know how accurate the colors are for the engine (just going with Revell's suggestions), but if they're accurate, they sure were colorful back then:

Not a whole lot of leg room in that back seat!

Thanks, Michael.  The interior is just the decals from the kit over Tamiya Semi-Gloss Black.  The kit has the same "fabric" decals for the side panels as well.  I'll probably clear coat them before final assembly, though.

Thanks, Dirk.  Like I mentioned, I don't know if it is 100% accurate; but it sure is colorful! :D

It's really a very nice kit, and I'm enjoying the build.

Thanks, Tom.  I should just build more period!  Next up is a 1/2500 USS Enterprise-A from Star Trek.

The glass is in, the chrome is on, and I'm one step closer to finishing by Halloween!

Just some interior touch-up & all the exterior "doo-dads".

Almost done!  I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and this time it's NOT the headlamp of an oncoming train.

Thanks, guys.  Just have to get the grill & front bumper on, then I can add the spot light, siren, & decals.
