jjsipes Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 My next victim, It's Revells 1962 Corvette. Since I had a few minutes and the weather was alittle better out, I thought I would prep and start painting. Wanted to go a little different than what you typically see for a Vette. White with Red or Black so I went Testors White and High Gloss Clear on the body, Tamiya Champagne Gold on the interior with Champagne embossing powder on the carpeted areas. I thought I would try and replicate raw fiberglass on the underside so I sparyed Testor Modern Desert Sand on the chassis pan and the frame and suspension was glued toegther and sprayed Testors SemiGloss Black. Going to go with steel wheels and dog dish caps out of the Revell 1962 Impala kit.
bisc63 Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 Should make for a spiffy combination, will be watching for more! So far, so good...
