Bob, I made the grille from sheet plastic. Used 2 thicknesses cut roughly to shape and stacked together. I put the thicker peices in farther than the thin ones so the thin ones formed the bars and the thicker ones formed the spaces between them. Cleaned it up with files and sandpaper and alcladded it.
