Badluck 13 Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 (edited) Baby Girl got me this kit for Christmas 2013 and I really need to get this one going so what's a better way to do it by entering a community build?.....I don't plan to go all out on this one being I haven't really got much done to any kit lately but this should get the fire started again.....Decals are from Jerry @ modeltruckin.com and dash detail from czechtruckmodel.com and other parts from ebay.... That's it for now and with the holiday season out of the way I should be able to get some work done to Baby Girl's Kenny.... Edited February 1, 2017 by Badluck 13

Loooooooooord no lol,if I attempted something like that one it would be a disaster and two I have enough problems getting a project done and that would never get done on my bench .....but yeah it would be a great idea to do with someone with the talent..
Badluck 13 Posted February 1, 2017 Author Posted February 1, 2017 Feb.1st is here and I only have a small update to post but considering the little time I have had the past few weeks I feel it isn't going too bad ... sorta,kinda,maybe..... Mainly right now I have been working on the seams and mold lines to mak it somewhat cleaner, once I get this done it should roll along much better, that is once I get rid of the "snap" holes in the back of the cab....... Just had to separate the fan from the shroud .. Trying to make the flap look a little more convincing Gotta close that open intake look, had someone point this out to me on another forum once on one of my few finished projects,a lil' something I never noticed until it eas pointed out.. Rough finish, just need to clean it up a bit. ...and I picked these up for a buck at a model swap meet a week ago that should find their way on this thing....that's all for now,and comments, and or suggestions very welcome!! thanks for lookin'
purepmd Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 Nice work on the tank seams MikeDramatically better! That is about the only real drawback to the 3406 in these kits, pretty easy fix though, looks a lot better. Really like the Bicentennial direction for the build, too.
gatorincebu Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 Mike, i like where you are going with this one. Will be watching for further updates ! Be Well Gator
