Lovefordgalaxie Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 Great quality, on a super clean, sanitary build. I must be perhaps the only person in the world that think this car to be butt ugly. Like a crossing between a flying saucer and a penis. Even tough, I would like to build one like Autin Power's Shaguar, with the UK flag painted on.
MrObsessive Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 Like a crossing between a flying saucer and a penis. OK! That's the first time I've EVER heard that analogy!
Zoom Posted March 26, 2017 Author Posted March 26, 2017 Thank you all for your very kind words!!!Yes, it was not an easy one, but I managed to get it together. “Lovefordgalaxie” maybe your right “Bbowser” there are some members here who are interested in the engine.
Zoom Posted April 12, 2017 Author Posted April 12, 2017 (edited) Thanks’! I missed this one. This is how it looks in the engine compartment, before I glue the hood and finished the finish Edited August 9, 2017 by Zoom No more Photobucket
Spex84 Posted April 12, 2017 Posted April 12, 2017 The E-type is a beautiful car and your model does it justice! Sounds like it was difficult, but the result is beautiful. The wire wheels look fantastic, very convincing.
Ace-Garageguy Posted April 15, 2017 Posted April 15, 2017 (edited) Love the engine bay shot...looks exactly like a real one I have in the big-car shop at the moment. Removing the engine entirely is probably the best way to insure an E-type doesn't leak something on the floor while sitting. Edited April 15, 2017 by Ace-Garageguy
1959scudetto Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Yoz have built a super model, Bo - and the wheels are perfectly proportioned in inner and outer diameters (better than Revell's '62 E-type) - Gunze say it is a 1965 model (more comfortable seats, different dashboard)
