Is there any news as to when these kits are available? I would like to get one.

Yeah, I would be interested in a Nova or two and a LeMans. I did a ride-along with Sacramento County Sheriff in one of these olive green piles of junk as an 18 year old. This was before the law was passed that allowed emergency vehicles in California to be 49-state certified, so the car I rode in was equipped with the wheezy 403 Olds powerplant. Was kind of fun, we did a 10-plus mile code 3 ride to the scene of an armed robbery. Lots of Quadrajet air sucking noise, siren, not much speed. The 302-4V 4-speed 68 Mustang I left in the parking lot would have spanked the LeMans Enforcer HARD, I think....

Please post updated info on how to buy from the Arizona Den of Amazing Resin.

I'm hoping these will be available sooner than later. It looks great, and as a builder who likes main-streamers, I can definitely see myself getting one or two of these. Might even try my hand at a police car.

As bad as the 1980 St. Regis / Gran Fury with California Emissions ? Those cars made the headlines ; to paraphrase : " New [ CHP ] pursuit fleet won't reach 100 M.P.H. " .  That 120hp 318 four barrel was a pig . 49 states could be had with the E58 360 , which provided tremendous torque and 195hp .

Brown wouldn't allow it .

The Oldsmobile 403 was a California-specific engine . Another abject pig -- a negative marque on Olds' V8's record , surpassed only by the 350 diesel .

Hello evryone,

is this project still alive?

The "new" 3D-printing possibilities made many things possible over the last months... I saw things available in scale I waited a long time for. Rims, figures engines... whole models.

There is also a 1977 Le Mans available from guy on ebay. Ordered one and will take pictures when it arrives. It is my first 3D printed 1:25 scale car model... so I´m very interested in how the surface will be!

Greetings

Oliver

The Too Many Projects  3D printed  Le Mans body is 1/27th scale. It's about the same size as a 1/25th scale Cutlass or Chevelle.  Other than the small scale , it is very nicely done.

Time goes by so fast... I already destroy mine a bit... but here are the promised pictures of the 3D body I got from Ebay.

The scale... hmmm, can´t tell... a 1967 Impala (AMT) chassis fit right under it with minor cutting:IMG_7392.thumb.JPG.1c0483f2ee07539fe4e2099f604eb069.JPGIMG_7393.thumb.JPG.092d01154ba6ee41a2759e5f6aa166fc.JPGIMG_7394.thumb.JPG.b95342ca8e50ed0f60801b56a602e26c.JPGIMG_7395.thumb.JPG.27f1c24720370b74fc4347ec44ab34f2.JPGIMG_7396.thumb.JPG.39bf0a82d24318f08e71c06c68586a83.JPGIMG_7397.thumb.JPG.c33d3331aae3aa14265f952b2e31bd1c.JPGIMG_7398.thumb.JPG.8475fca72beea9fbebc5cba5cbda2c20.JPGIMG_7399.thumb.JPG.24d899d8184d6c91a0d3219e4bd1cbbc.JPGIMG_7400.thumb.JPG.7e414a482d9f524dfb2e57fb0c0210b5.JPGIMG_7401.thumb.JPG.4556f4545e9cd0bb9740ab3439794edc.JPGIMG_7403.thumb.JPG.8912bcde256a2c79c621f0089df769be.JPGIMG_7404.thumb.JPG.9b3f8b2e9165d824049de9840814ddb3.JPGIMG_7405.thumb.JPG.759822fecd497dbc6e0624b72bec5df8.JPG

Where did you get that at. I'd like to get one. I did not see it in my eBay search.

Hi Colin,

sorry for that late response - I had a little troubled year here with some kind of health-drama inside family - but everything is getting better/well each day by day! So I wasn´t much into kitbuilding... OK - that´s a lie... but first 6 months was very busy here!

I looked inside my old ebay-buyings: "1/25 3D print Resin body Pontiac Grand Le Mans Sedan 1976 with OEM wheels" was the name of that auction, but the store is closed now! BUT - you find very much on ebay today... like brown - very nice resin-printed version!

And that´s what I´m into for nearly half a year - 3D-printing (letting someone printing).

I´m nearly at the end of the line of what I ever wanted to have! Praise this new technology!!! Everything is possible now we once dreamed about!

I for myself let a 3D-sculptor create the famous Street Hawk - Bike for me! It takes 5(!) years...

Greetings from Berlin/Germany

The waiting has an end!

Look for "Andrey Bezrodny" on Facebook or YouTube or the usual websites for §D-print models/files like: CG Trader 3D Export or Cults 3D!

These are NEW TIMES for us kitbuilders... watch out! I´m very impressed what is possible now...
