THANK YOU ALL for such nice reviews, I make me feel good to know you're happy with the results. I was blessed to get a fully operating business from Bob Dahl, and all I want to do is KEEP IT that way.

Hopefully, If all goes well, I can make it even better. I DO appericiate all the kind words because it makes all the work worth it. I hope to be able to help all my friends/customers happy for a long while to come.

THANKS for chooseing GT KustomKrome, George53

Now I see why you haven't been around here for awhile, George. I didn't realize you were George @ KK! I wish you all good luck with the business and I see many agree it's the place to go now. :D

Guys, thank you all for your interest in GT KustomKrome . I don't know if this is the proper place for this, so if the mods need to change it, please feel; free to do so.

I'll give all yall a run down on prices and procedures.

      Prices are, Bumpers---4.00 each.

Hubcaps and wheels---2.00 for set of 4

Misc. small parts.---1.75 each

Misc. Med parts---3.50 each

Items LARGER than Bumpers, contact me for quotes.

Chassis---15.00 each

Standard kit tree---20.00

Strip parts using your favorite stripper, Purple power, Easy Off, Bleach, whatever. Then wash them off with New Dawn dishwashing soap. Let airdry, and make sure they are as CLEAN and SMOOTH as you can get them. The plateing process is SO sensitive it can and will pick up FINGERPRINTS, so cleanliness is REALLY important.

Then, just put 'em inna baggie an send them off to me. George Hernandez

We're going to get to know each other rather well George. ;)

I've been building, almost exclusively, vintage kits for the past few years & the parts almost always could benefit from fresh chrome.

I generally send out parts for at least 6 or 8 builds at a time & I still have a ton of parts that need it.

Unfortunately, everything is on hold now as we get ready to move, but I hope to get back into the groove later this summer.

I'll be contacting you soon.

I do have one question.

Being as I know the prices & now have your address, I can just send out the parts, a parts list and a check when I'm ready to go, correct?

That's how I had done it before.

No other correspondence was necessary.

If that's how you dealt with Bob, it's good enough for me, Steve. Just send your parts when you're ready and I'll be more than happy to help you out! Thanks, George.

Ive got parts stripped for maybe a dozen ( ok probably / maybe / definitely  more ) kits . From bumpers to wheel covers .

Do I send them stripped and unmounted ?

Whats the average turn around time ?  I realize this one may be a loaded question,,,,,,as I assume thats load dependent on any given point in time .

How or do we make payment before hand , or is there an invoice sent once completed ?  Trying to streamline the time delays .

You're welcome George and thanks for being a true gentleman. Bill, I sent payment via money order with my parts made out to George. It was as smooth a transaction as you could ask for.

I sent my parts stripped & unmounted.

Got them back in about 3 weeks.

I just sent a personal check along with the parts.
