YBlock292 Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 This is a kit, I started at least 15 years ago. Since I spoiled the windshield with cement, I stopped building the Buick then. Since I found another windshield from the same kit some months ago, I finally could finish this model which is one of the better ones of AMT.
br67 Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 Great finish Ludwig. Even this is an old kit it's a goodie
Hmann68 Posted May 14, 2017 Posted May 14, 2017 The Riviera's from that era were super cool and yours looks fantastic with great paint work !
CometMan Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Nice job, Ludwig! It seemed like most of the cars on the road were some version of that color in those days.
Spex84 Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Beautiful car and your model certainly does it justice! Nice work on the badges and wheel arch foiling, those details look great with the detailed wheels and whitewalls.I like the color, too. Is it a factory color? If not, it could be...it has the right look.
YBlock292 Posted May 17, 2017 Author Posted May 17, 2017 Thank You very much, guys!Chris: I mixed the color from aluminum and green with a gloss top coat to meet original specifications.
