Jon Haigwood Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 (edited) I am in the process of helping my step-brother downsize his stuff . His interest in models funs from scifi, horror figure and a few cars. Looking thru them I ran across these two. Not something you normally find. Was there any interest in these or were they "one no-hit wonders"? Edited October 29, 2017 by Jon Haigwood
StevenGuthmiller Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Your links seem to be broken.I'm not seeing any pictures. Steve
iamsuperdan Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 I'm curious about the Van. Have you got some pics of that one?
#1 model citizen Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I don't think I've seen either one before. They are both kinda cool especially the VW!
Dave Van Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Hard Hat was made in the 70's and reissued one time.....the one you have. It is a kit of a real showrod.....one built just for the show circuit.
1930fordpickup Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 The VW is a Wheels Deals car. It was released more than once. 71 and 2006
Toner283 Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Pretty sure that the hard hat hauler is currently being restored to its original show car glory. I saw pics of it being taken apart and of the helmet being repolished.
espo Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 The VW looks interesting, the Hard Hat not so much.
