Photographed against the right setting it would pass for 1:1. The others are super clean builds which I am proud to display and I tell everyone who sees them about Harry’s talent as a builder and champion of our hobby.

I do exactly the same to anyone who sees Hary’s Builds that I was lucky enough to get.

I left any wiring that Harry had placed and just added the missing ones. The second pic shows how much fun rigging a biplane is Thanks Harry, I enjoyed bringing this back to life that Field Marshal should have stood back when the pilot yelled ''CONTACT''!!!!!

bbowser Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Frank, the Stutz looks great! So does your shop. Where did you find the old telephones and spray gun? Is that a 1/16 F1 in the back?
Flynlo Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 (edited) Great job on putting the Stutz back in order! Edited March 20, 2018 by Flynlo Spelling

Thanks- the props were picked up along the way-some are actually doll house stuff, the F-2 WAS CONVERTED FROM A 1/18 F-1 die -cast. bigger axles etc-that's the shop truck.
f1ford48 Posted April 16, 2018 Posted April 16, 2018 Finally got Harrys Stutz Bearcat together last week. I will add plates and a taillight and it will be complete.. Thanks to Amy for selling me this car and thanks to Harry for a memorable build.
imatt88 Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Hey all, Been out of the loop for a while, I take it we lost Harry? I've seen some of his kits for sale on eBay, and I wondered Cheers, Ian
Bugatti Fan Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 Frank, you did a great job of putting Harry's Stutz back together. The trouble with plastic models is that the joints get brittle with age and come apart when subjected to sudden shock no matter how well packed! Fortunately most of the time the damage is recoverable.
bobthehobbyguy Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 Nice work reassembling the Stutz. Sure you weren't expecting to get a kit in the mail. Fortunately there was no damage paint.
f1ford48 Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 thanks Guys, these brass era cars are just super FRAGILE right out of the box! I would not want to ship one myself.
Belugawrx Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 You did a fantastic job on that Frank Harry was a master with the washes,..Still looks great
