Ken Gilkeson Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 reissued kit, not much of a model. simplified chassis and interior.
Lizard Racing Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 This looks like the AMT original kit. I've been building these since '63. Still have three in the collection. A simple kit can still look good, as you have proved.

El Caballo Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 I have one of the re-issued kits waiting it's turn, it's going to be quite different.
RestoModGuy Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 Looks great, nice work on this basic kit especially
Snake45 Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 What are you complaining about? You did good with it and it looks FINE. Model on!
unclescott58 Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Very nice job, on one of favorite old kits. You did a great job detailing an old classic.
espo Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Your build looks great and you should be proud of it. This kit is a reissue of what was "cutting edge" from AMT at that time. Portions or most of the chassis is kind of a clunker, but as you've shown here it can still be made to look great.
