damodelguy az Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 48 ford custom (chopped version) kit with lindburg chrysler kits front and rear fenders
Spex84 Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 This is a neat idea so far! What I'm not getting is the Chrysler connection. Looks like a Lincoln Continental? A brief online search gives me a page that tells of the Durham Chrysler Continental, but that car didn't look like a Lincoln. Am I just confused?
misterNNL Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 You have a good eye for slice and dice my friend. This can be one of those custom creations other builders will look at and wonder just how the heck you got that look. Thanks for sharing !!
mike 51 Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 Yep those are Lincoln parts.. .from the very box right there in the pictures

What is the Chyrsler connection?
Olderisbetter Posted February 12, 2018 Posted February 12, 2018 That's gonna look great. Of course you meant Continental. I have some Continental fenders and a hood plus grille and plan on doing a woody using the 41 Ford woody body. First going to do a stretch Continental. Just finishing a box stock Continental...whew!!!
milo1303s Posted February 12, 2018 Posted February 12, 2018 I'm assuming this is what yo going for a 46 Lincoln
DumpyDan Posted February 12, 2018 Posted February 12, 2018 Slice and Dice, this is going to be good. I am going to have to keep coming back.
Eric Macleod Posted February 12, 2018 Posted February 12, 2018 I am interested to see where you are going with this one. You certainly have generated some questions with this one.
vintagercr Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 I will be watching for sure. Love the wagons in the background
Olderisbetter Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 What happened? Where's the finished product?
StevenGuthmiller Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 Yeah, I'm a little confused as well. You have a lot of work ahead of you if you want it to resemble a '46 Chrysler. Steve
American 185 Heavy Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 I don't see anything 'Chrysler' at all, but for sure interesting
TarheelRick Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 Some very interesting plastic surgery, would love to see some updates.
carmad1957 Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 That's some spectacular work you're doing there....great idea! Gonna be a badazz lookin cruiser. Following along for sure!
mod3l Lover Posted December 25, 2018 Posted December 25, 2018 I don't think we are going to see it done. No updates for almost a year now!?! Something likely went sideways, or something!! David S.
