Here's a quick OOB build of one of Tamiya's Porsche 962's. It's not one of my favorite models because of the molded in windows and headlight covers but overall I'm pretty happy with the look. Painted with Tamiya spray Chrome Yellow and polished. Wheels are painted with Tamiya's spray Silver Leaf. My panel lines are a little darker than I'd like against the yellow paint. And I realize after taking all the pics that I haven't painted the exhaust yet....

personally i like dark panel lines on light colored cars. they look right to my eyes and i go out of the way to analyze the look of light color cars that i see for just that feature. all that business with doing panel lines in a darker shade of the body color seems like a waste of time to me because when i see a car in the light i see black in the panel lines.
