restoman
A bit of a tribute to a long-ago grade school teacher's car, one of the very first performance Mopars I can remember. From Grade 1 in 1970, this would have been a new car, and it sure dressed up the school yard! Painted in Scale Finishes Q3 Light Turquoise base/clear, it'll have a white bench seat, column shift interior, white wall tires and a white tail stripe. ThatScale Finishes base is soooo nice to spray! I used the Dart GTS big block, as it'll be a basic 383 Bee and the kit's 440 six pack didn't fit my plan. Comments always welcome. geetee66
Blimey! I'm impressed with the shine on your paint. These cars had a lovely shape. Your colour choice does its lines justice.

moparfarmer
Very nice job on the Bee..Well done engine compartment but maybe pass on the white walls..Rallye wheels looked better and tougher with black walls or Good Year Raised White Letters..Very nice work..So far so good..Gonna look killer when done.. Absolutely, but this one is more of the type of car that most people drove back then: a basic, affordable muscle car, and as the Bee was pretty new when I remember it, it most likely came with whitewalls.
