  1. That is going to be sweet when done. How will you hinge the top, John?
  2. Wow. That's a lot of work! Looks good though. Am I the only one wondering where the turbos came from? Keep at it.
  3. That came out looking great. I like your workmanship too. The only thing I'd change is the front wheels. I like the 12 spokes. I like your build so much I started looking for a Trumpeter kit online. Wow, they are expensive. I've never spent that much on a kit. Do you think that kit is worth the $$$? What's next? btw is that AFX like in HO racing?
  4. Beautiful job so far. Really nice colour selection.
  5. Really a great looking kit and you've done it justice. Very impressive.
  6. Wow! I'm really lovin' this idea. Which tires are you using?
  7. Wow! That's a beautiful build. You did a great job on it.
  8. You might like the look of your retofitted oil filter but the kit had it right.
  9. Beautiful work! I think the engine and front suspension are perfect. Looking forward to seeing more.
  10. I can get a '70 Hemi Challenger that has been fully restored for 1 tenth that price.
  11. Congratulations.; not a single pic in focus. What are you using?
  12. I like it. Oh, and you build at the about the same rate I do!
  13. Psst! Wanna buy a camera? Seriously I have Sony Cybershot for sale if you don't have one.
  14. Really? Why would you say such a thing?
  15. Who are the "patients" you referred to?
  16. Spectacular. What else can be said? I especially like how you do your interiors! Now about trimming the BMF around dash knobs...
  17. Sorry, that should read Joseph Osborn...
  18. Tim, The paint looks great. It's going to be a beauty for sure. The rear wheelwells do look a little large for that wheels and tire combo. Have a look at Jason Osborns's site and you'll find some of the nicest resin wheel/tires combos availaable IMHO, only as a buyer. http://www.fireballmodels.info/ Keep it up!
  19. Maybe you could show us how you got that stance or is just sitting on the tires... You said you lowered the suspension. I'd like to see how you did that. Thanks
  20. Is that the one with the old Nova "chassis"?
  21. Joe, I don't know the status of this build but as far as your paint problems go, you did say "Tomorrow is a couple more coats and some clear before I start decals." If that means you put a couple of coats of colour and also clear on the same day, (and 3 different clears) that might just be the problem. Just a thought as I'd never do colour and clear on the dame day.
  22. Holy shizzle! Anybody want to see my new collection of post Reagan quarters? I figured it was definitely time to start a new hobby. That is one very $$$ and impressive build. If this gets stateside it'll clean up at all model shows. I don't even know what you'd use to tighten some of those fasteners.
  23. Really nice work and result on this old dog of a kit. I'm also anxiously awaiting parts from Ted's.
