I know this car has been done to death... and will continue to be... but I dig it, and this one's mine...

This has been an ongoing build for the better part of a year... from resourcing the pieces, to working around work and the weather...

Finally calling it done... well, I do still need to add the antenna...

The General will always be known as the most iconic T.V. star car. If you're an auto enthusiast or model builder you have built a copy once or twice or if you're like me then you've built many. 

This is a beautiful example... and you can tell there was thought put into it rather than just building it box stock.

I like looking back on models I've built 20 years ago and seeing the evolution. We get better and better with every model. The old kit looks nice too but I can see an improvement between the two and it's awesome to see how far you've come with your skills.

 Beautifully done. The General is truly an icon. I think an entite thread titled “Just General Lees” would be pretty cool. I’m sure we’d see a thousand of em on this board.
