ranma Posted May 20, 2018 Posted May 20, 2018 I bought the Lindberg '61 Impala convertible 5 days ago from Ollies , And I just Finished it this morning. The seat belts are 1/8" white ribbon from walmart (.97) , and was painted to match the seats.
Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted May 20, 2018 Posted May 20, 2018 They had some good deals, I bought the Mercedes. Was a little disappointed, the flyer said 75 different models, but I only counted 20 between the planes, boats, and cars.
geetee66 Posted May 22, 2018 Posted May 22, 2018 That's really cool! I've wondered about Lindberg kits, for quality. But it seems they're pretty good, now I've seen yours ?
Kit Basher Posted May 22, 2018 Posted May 22, 2018 That was fast! And came out good too. I bought that kit too, and haven't opened it yet. Are those wheels in the kit?

Are those wheels in the kit? Yes, Those are the tires and rims that the kit comes with. I just black washed the spoked area ,And used decals from a revell 57 Convertible on the hub ends
OldTrucker Posted May 25, 2018 Posted May 25, 2018 Great looking Impala Vert! Like the color! Wish we had an Ollies nearby! Would have loved to find a 61 Convertible at a cheap price.
