Imagine trying to color sand and polish out the paint on a scale model of that!

Come to think of it, it would look MUCH more menacing in satin black.

Especially since it appears to be a transparent color over carbon fiber.  Think of the job the decals would be.

Here's a yellow one.

And a white one.

And a black one.

Can't tell if this is black, or if it's the purple one.

And if you thought the exterior was bad...

The good news, apparently they're only making 10 of these?

It accomplishes everything it was designed to do; be dramatic and get lots of attention. My big thing on these, is how this (and many others like it) will be frozen in time and in about ten years will represent a very distinct, dated era as vividly defined as the Pontiac Aztec, the Edsel, the VW Thing and, oh I don't know, shag 70's vans?

The Edsel is a classic!

Show a little respect! :D

This one's considerably cleaner stylistically than other versions, and I prefer it immensely.

Is it cleaner or does the black just "hide" the extraneousness?  I think all the gingerbread is still there, just "de-emphasised"

I've seen a video of that car before and it is pretty cool, however I don't think that getting in or out of that ride would be good for my already ailing back.

It is cleaner. Look carefully. Many lines and volumes are considerably different.

And, like KK, it's fun to look at for a minute, but I'd rather somebody else have to pay for and feed it.

Man, don't get me started on over-hyped and too expensive.
