Great products, the wheels look really nice. Is the price for 1 wheel or set of 4?

Any plans for the 50s style wire wheels, ala these?

I would probably buy a dozen sets right off the bat!

The hub caps from various Fords fit as do the tires.  I'm considering some additional vintage wire wheels. Many hours go into creating the 3D art for such a wheel so it my be a while.

Well, get on it my friend! :D

Some nice vintage 50s wires are sorely lacking in our hobby.

I can think of a couple of dozen kits that could really use them.

Are there some specific kits that you would use these wheels on?  It helps to have a kit wheel in hand so perfect fit is insured.

Right off hand I can think of kits like the AMT '56 Ford and '57 Chrysler 300 for more modern kits.

Otherwise, I was thinking along the lines of vintage kits like all of the early '60s Johan Mopars.

I have used some of the wire wheels that Modelhaus used to offer & I loved them!

I'm not fussy.

What ever you would specifically make them for matters little to me.

I will make whatever there is work.

Unfortunately, there is just nothing nice available right now.

Almost all of the wires offered in some of the modern kits are not good.

Here are a few builds using Modelhaus wheels.

This is the type of thing I'm looking for.

Just got a set of these....here's a quick mock up using Monogram's 233/60-15 Goodyears and Michlen TRX with the hubcaps from the wire wheels in Monogram 1930 Woody...also a wheel back from the parts box to widen the wheel for the rear tire.  Had to cut the "ridges" from the inside of the tires to get it all to fit.  Very nice wheels and a welcome product from Bill!

Wow, they look great even if I do say so myself!  Please post more pictures when you paint them.

Finally got around to designing some wheels for those Buicks and Caddys.  They will be 15 X 7 with a separate hub cap.  should fit most kit tires.  Some kit hubcaps can probably be adapted too.

I'm thinking these would work great on my '58 Impala custom that's been on the bench for about 8 years!!

Right now, I'm working with these:

Very nice...very delicate...may look too slight for this ol' Chebby!!

Plus, they also represent knock-offs, I think. More for a sports car, I reckon.

let me know how much & how to order when they're ready!

I could always use a few sets.

Using a set of Moebius Chrysler wires right now for my '60 Imperial project.

Absolutely fantastic stuff Bill!  This is where I think 3D printing can do some great things for the hobby.  Thanks also for listing the diameter and width.  It matters to me more that they fit the tires I plan to use.

And x2 on the Ford Thunderbird wire wheels - I've got a custom '62 project that can use a set.

Another project suggestion is the Michelin XWX tires.  They were the thing to have starting in the late 60's and other than the Fujimi EM kits, good ones don't exist in kits of cars from that era.
