fordlover632 Posted November 7, 2018 Posted November 7, 2018 (edited) TMy plan with this build was to go for the 50s or 60s feel. 1.(body color) splash paints Dodge plumb crazy purple and Clearcoat is from splash pants and it is 2k ultra clear. The interior is gravity colors VW pier white. 2.( details) the motor color is testers metallic black out of a spray can the. Bug catchers (I think that is what they are called please Correct me if I’m wrong) are in Testers transparent read. The Steering wheel Is in testers flat black, ignition red, and Silver I seen a streering wheel on the internet like from the 40s. The shift knob is in dodge palm purple crazy. The white wall tires are from the kit but I used a gel pen from Michaels to get the white walls. Edited November 7, 2018 by fordlover632

Dennis Lacy Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 Very cool! I've been wondering how one of these would look with those body decals and I dig it.
Mr. Metallic Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 Cool build of a fun kit. I really dig the paint job.

Cpt Tuttle Posted November 17, 2018 Posted November 17, 2018 Real eyecandy, I just wonder about the headlights, are they supposed to be tilted like that or did something go wrong?
