Hmann68 Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Totally legit!!! Fine work, the front end looks great with El Camino bed
olschoolkid Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 As many others have said, you've done a great job on this build. It almost makes me wonder why GM didn't stick to basing the El Camino on the full size models.

Can-Con Posted December 4, 2018 Author Posted December 4, 2018 Thanks everyone. I was trying to get as close as possible to something that would be believable as a factory stock vehicle.
Michael in Illinois Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Way Cool, love the color. Great job with the body work.
Mad Slammer Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Wow, really nice and proportioned... Great work...
W-409 Posted December 6, 2018 Posted December 6, 2018 Wow, that's very beautiful conversion. It looks like something that the factory could have done back then. And the model is built very nicely, too. Excellent job.
Mr. Metallic Posted December 6, 2018 Posted December 6, 2018 Very nice conversion work. Stunning build, but I always expect that from your bench. Looking forward to what comes from your new one
FredRPG Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 (edited) Well done, I wouldn't have thought you could match the mid sized el camino bed to a full sized Impala, but you fit them together beautifully. Edited December 7, 2018 by FredRPG
RAMBENNA Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 wow fabulous work, great job looks really cool
