Not likely that I'll enter anything in the contest. Although i might just for giggles.  Problem for me is most of my finished stuff is still packed away from the move. 

 

Im going more to thin the pile down than anything

Bumpy bumping this up.  

I got supporting documents done for the two entries, yea, only 2, where has the time gone?    I will also bring some kits for sale, some of the guys from my model club will have a swap table.  Most important, will have a few of my Coca-Cola coolers.

Pretty much packed up , headed up tomorrow morning. We are planning to stay the nite over near Westgate Plaza outside Cardinals stadium . Then drive back to Tucson Sunday after breakfast / ck out.

Bringing LOTS of unbuilts , and quite a few of vintage kits and several vintage empty boxes ( Im not a box collector )

 

I think Ive got this stuff priced to sell . So bring your cash boys.

Went over first thing in the morning. I did not find any little Coke coolers, in fact I did not find one thing I was wanting. I left right after 9 AM. Hope everyone had a more productive time than I did.

Ugh, should have shopped before looking at the models, i need one. Please pm me the cost/ shipping. 

It was a great show, with lots of beautifully built models.  The after ahow bbq was very enjoyable,  with lots of engaging stories and conversation. I look forward to this all year. My sincere thanks to the Desert crew that puts on the event. 

Would like to see some more new faces in the future.

Chris' Vega F/C was a Display only so wasn't eligible for the contest.

And taking Best of Show was John Teresi's radial powered pickup. This was so deserving and superb in every way. Scratch-built details everywhere you looked. Congrats lil' brother.
