clayton Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 I'm running out of ideas for the amt Pete Cab over. Let's see some photos please.
Jim B Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 Here are a couple of photos of actual Peterbilt 352 that I have on my computer. Most are from Hank's Truck Pictures (recently closed), but I took the photo of the Crane 352. Hope these help. The Oneida rig is a 352H with (I believe) a Caterpillar 3408T, the green & white Lyden is a 352E, and the Spector 352 has a Caterpillar 1673.
drinkone2 Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 Check out the late Bill Bedell's flickr albums, there's plenty of period correct photos to get some ideas.

I didn't know that...I just checked and you are right to some point...the website and forum are still there but all the pictures on the site are gone. 8 hours ago, drinkone2 said: Check out the late Bill Bedell's flickr albums, there's plenty of period correct photos to get some ideas. That's a 362, I don't know of any model of that, likewise for the 352H and 352E in Jim's post.

leafsprings Posted February 9, 2019 Posted February 9, 2019 Here are some ideas, substitute the longer California hauler frame in place of short 352 frame, use the narrower front bumper, use painted steel wheels instead of aluminum and replace the V8 with a 6.

leafsprings Posted February 13, 2019 Posted February 13, 2019 Great photos everyone. Thinking of a long wheelbase mid 60's 352 for a future build.

leafsprings Posted February 28, 2019 Posted February 28, 2019 Mid 60's 352. Was this cab design ever done in resin? If it was, is it presently available now or is it another of those cabs that came and went?
