Just talked to the model guy at HL. Said 5 minutes before I got there, his manager told him the delete list was in and he would get it in the morning. He said if I get there and he hasn't marked them down yet he  will show me the list. Not sure if all HLs on the same schedule but worth a look. Will post what I get tomorrow.

They did this last February - there are definitely some kits I'm hoping will be clearanced this time! Keep us posted...

Thanks for the heads-up, Agent 008, and keep us posted!   Last year when HL had that big scale-model clearance sale, the HL closest to me had just opened.  As I remember, HL didn't mention that model sale in the e-mails they send me every other day. I just walked in the store one day and BOOM - lots of great kits marked way down, in some cases to $7.29.

False alarm. The manager told him the wrong thing, it was books on painting they are marking down. Model guy has my number and will text me as soon as he hears anything..He said should be any day now.

Tom P. mentioned some stuff being on sale in the new store in Niles around last Friday ('23 T panel truck IIRC). Anyone else have an update?

A vendor had lots of kits at the Philly NNL for $12.  I picked up another MPC 73 Mustang.

Was in Racine, Wisconsin store on Monday and didn't see anything in the model aisle on clearance.

I was in Overland Park yesterday and everything was the regular price. I bought a Round 2 AMT '71 Plymouth Duster 340. I thought I would build a model of a car a coworker had back then. It was a very impressive performing car.
