I haven't posted in this thread in awhile but the project isn't dead.  I removed the chrome trim along the door sill (I want to build a base model Falcon) and extended the front fender panel line down through the door sill.

That's an easy detail to do and really adds a lot, but very few modelers ever actually do it.

Finally got around to painting the body, Model Master Light Ivory.  Similar to Ford's Springtime Yellow.  Went with a weather worn look.

Calling this one done, at least for now. Haven't detailed the front wheels - not sure if they will stay or get changed out.
