It's been about 6 months since I've been in my local Michaels, had a 50% coupon burning a hole in my pocket. They had their normal old,old stock of Dodge Darts, Starsky & Hutch, Revell 66 Mustangs, Baldwin Motion Camaros, etc. I was quite surprised to see they had the Revell 2003 Escalde and lots of Foose F100 pickups. Previously it had looked like the model section was going to be eliminated. I may had purchased the Escalde until I saw it was molded in orange. Anyway I ended up using the coupon on a can of Testors Dullcoat. They did have several nice kits at $17 regular price, one being the Revell 69 Z28.

I was by the local Michael's yesterday and they had the Escalade and for some reason they had 8 or 10 of the AMT1965 Ford Galaxy with the stock car option.

The one near me is carrying models again - it's good to see them back. For a while, there were maybe a half dozen, but they never went on clearance. I didn't notice anything Foose, but I did see the Escalade.

Not sure, but I'm willing to bet that their stock went down because Revell was in limbo. Michael's is very heavy on Revell inventory, so when they were out - so was Michael's.

I also don't know why they didn't replenish their shelves with other brands at that time. I personally don't need anymore S&H Torinos, 69 Camaros or Snapper Humvees.

The orange Escalade surprises me since I picked up an Escalade kit at NNL East and it is all white plastic.

The regular kit, or the snapper? That sounds more like a snapper price.

That's a good price for the full-boogie kit. It's worth that just for spare parts.

I seen mine in kennewick, Wa restocked with new stuff. I have plenty of the old stock so I was pretty excited. Got the revell 1/25 Challenger an seen the hemi dart there for next coupon. Looks like they do expect the coupons though with a $30 price.
