Darren B Posted March 11, 2020 Author Posted March 11, 2020 roof rack done. Just need to figure out a way to attach it to the car.
David G. Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Wait! What's going on with those headlights? Did you put skulls in the headlights? ? David G.
Sam I Am Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 The cargo looks great....but what about a surfboard? ?

David, yes they are skulls, I should have painted them a little darker, they are hard to make out. I put rhinestones in the eye sockets to look like led's.

I may put the junk in the back seat area and the surfboards on the roof. Or the boards first then the junk.
Darren B Posted April 8, 2020 Author Posted April 8, 2020 Matched the color of the running boards to the color of the sliding rag top.
Darren B Posted April 8, 2020 Author Posted April 8, 2020 (edited) finally came up with a way to attach the roof rack to the car, not a big fan of it, just not sure of any other way of adding it to the bug itself. Kind of Gilligan's Island style. Edited April 8, 2020 by Darren B
Darren B Posted April 8, 2020 Author Posted April 8, 2020 also added an over flow hose on the fuel tank.
Sam I Am Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 You will never keep that hood latched with that subwoofer there. ?
