You answered your own question. I made my observation based on what I saw in the first two links you posted.

Used to be one company, USCP, two people, then one partner started Diolex.

Exactly, the company split and both still make parts. Diolex tires are very soft and USCP tires are quite firm. Both are exceptional quality and some of the finest resin I've ever seen.

Thanks.  Ebay won't allow members to share email addresses.  They won't even let you send a message if it appears to have an email address in it.

I've ordered directly from http://uscp-ua.com/  and I'm a happy customer. One of the wheels I ordered was defective. I sent them a photo of it and they sent me a replacement.

How long does it normally take for USCP to process and ship orders? The site says 7-10 business days from payment. Is this accurate?

I think I should have worded my question differently. I am curious about how long it takes before it ships once payment has been made. I was trying to make sure that I didn't sound like an impatient, clueless moron with the original question. I think I failed ?

2-3 weeks for delivery sounds pretty good to me. Thanks for the information.

If your in the uk it takes longer for some reason, my orders all take at least 4 weeks but i guess mine would go by road rather than air

Just like to add to this that the service is great from them. I broke a wheel this morning through my own stupidity and dimitry offered me a relacement free with another set of wheels so the postage isn't too bad. I was going to buy more wheels anyway so its no problem. Highly commended for quality and service

That sounds like quality service. I received my tracking number email this morning. Curious as to how long it will take to get to the east coast of the US.
