cobraman Posted April 15, 2020 Posted April 15, 2020 This will NOT be a replica of the actual car . Don’t have what I would need so ... using what I have I decided to make it another fuel coupe like the Studebaker I did a few weeks ago . Resin body . Short rail dragster from the Tony Nancy double kit . Had to modify the body a little .
Scott8950 Posted April 16, 2020 Posted April 16, 2020 This reminds me of the fuel cuda. Do you plan on still using the hairy canary decals?
GoatGuy Posted April 16, 2020 Posted April 16, 2020 I like the idea. That would feel weird sitting in the trunk area. Looking forward to more.
cobraman Posted April 16, 2020 Author Posted April 16, 2020 Thank you much guys. Yes, I do plan on using the Hairy Canary decals.
cobraman Posted April 16, 2020 Author Posted April 16, 2020 Thanks guys ! Here it is now , ready for clear coat tomorrow . Thanks for your comments .
Scott8950 Posted April 17, 2020 Posted April 17, 2020 I like it...it'll look great sitting next to the Studebaker..
Scott8950 Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Now im debating on ripping my 64 valiant apart and building it.
cobraman Posted April 18, 2020 Author Posted April 18, 2020 Finished up a bit ago . Shown with the Studebaker I did a while ago .

I just like to keep parts, graphics, etc. proper for the era (or year, in some cases). Most of my drag car models are like the movies that say "inspired by a true story"...This looks very cool, sir!
