this is the new amt snap kit which surprised me with the level of detail there was with this kit from it having a engine to multi piece chassie   both are not common to snap kits which are closer to promos in thier level of detail 
i painted it in  testors  extreme lacquer icy  blue 
i plan to get a couple more so i can do the the other  engine  and wheel and hood options and  do the other as a droptop

Nice work !  

This kit was originally created by Polar Lights as a new kind of easy build kit. Their VW Beetle, a then new modern GTO and a classic GTO were also done. I think the concept is still valid to allow casual builders to get good results and as a basis for more serious builders to build a more detailed model using it as the start point.
