I am watching this oneI Have been tempted to do something similar but using the Lindberg Mustang II concept and the AMT 67 Shelby.

Wish Round2 would find the actual molds for the 67 Mach I.

A reissue of the AMT kit would be great but unlikely.

Like the other IMC tools, it's a bit fiddly, but as much of a Mustang/Shelby/Cobra guy as you are, you almost have to build one..

and then put the front on a Mach1 or one of it's derivatives, and then the rear from one of the Shelbys.

To top it off, the old Show car with that front and the Shelby rear was a hatchback..

I'm trying t find another body myself...

Not sure I had seen the rear opened up before.  Thanks for posting.
