Built this a couple years ago, added details, braided lines with A&N fittings, electrical box, extra fire extinguisher, aluminum rod for steering and radius rods, lowered the chassis, added rocker trim and spoiler extensions, bolt detail around front/rear glass, also used new tires and rims from re-released Hawaiian funny car.IMG_5080.thumb.JPG.38213de8f9e94a912a4bdea9f3957bc6.JPGIMG_5085.thumb.JPG.eac90edeea95108da094a9f1cb855f04.JPGIMG_5092.thumb.JPG.b93641cc16755f3784c24429c9c0d8cf.JPGIMG_5093.thumb.JPG.15ab70545a3bad50bce3a99ef596957e.JPGIMG_5095.thumb.JPG.a9ade526071eab31e245bd08f5ea326f.JPGIMG_5099.thumb.JPG.5b906048d745aaae839c42082fde440a.JPG

Very nice job, love the large scale funny cars.  This was the last car i finished, did  the blue US Marines version.

Excellent job.  The extra detail is spot on.

I saw the 1:1 Grand Am funny car at Gator Nationals last year.  I was amazed at how small it was.   It must be about 2/3 the size of a stock Pontiac body.  If you look at the size of the driver's seat in the model you can get an idea of the perspective.
