charlie libby Posted October 13, 2020 Author Posted October 13, 2020 having to much fun with this mustang, got to get back onthe corvette.metal foil on the trim and glass is about it.could not find what i wanted for front tires so i machined a pair .i hope they look ok .now the wheels.going to be the same as the rears only alot skinnier.i used delrin plastic for the tires ,delrin machines so nice.
AmericanMuscleFan Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 It's fantastic Charlie! I never thought of using some Delrin to make tires, they look very nice. Excellent machining by the way, another superb model in the making sir!

AmericanMuscleFan Posted October 27, 2020 Posted October 27, 2020 It's fantastic Charlie! However, don't set those brake pads on fire, I was told the smell of burnt Delrin was horrible. Joke aside, amazing job my friend!!!
