having to much fun with this mustang,got to get back onthe corvette.metal foil on the trim and glass is about it.could not find what i wanted for front tires so i machined a pair .i hope they look ok .now the wheels.going to be the same as the rears only alot skinnier.i used delrin plastic for the tires ,delrin machines so nice.

i think if i sand them with some 400 to dull them a little and smooth the sidewalls,they will be pretty nice.got to find some decals for both front and rear.got the outer half of the wheels done as well.

working on the early gm brake calipers and 48 to 54 spindles. they were very popular on early gasser straight axles. got the rear shocks done, other than brake lines  the parts are all made for the rear. will finish the front breaks and on to the steering .codi,spelled it right this time ,your 429 is awesome .hope mine is half as nice . thank you francis for telling me about tim. hope you all enjoy the pictures any helpful info  along the way would be great.thanks

Fantastic job on the hubs and the brake calipers Charlie, pure craftsmanship my friend!  Tim's exceptional work is one of the least well kept secrets on I can say and you will have a lot of fun following his work.  You are also one of my favorites to follow my friend! ?

just machining delrin smells bad. a few more pictures. its going well. got to get smaller wire for the metal brake lines. ordered .028 stainless safteywire ,should be perfect the .036 on the rear is to big. engine block is coming along. thankyou for loking i hope you enjoy looking at other peoples projects as i do

Outstanding work with so much detail.  I keep waiting to hear the air ratchets burping away during the build process!
