matthijsgrit Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Where do you keep finding these weird, uhm, things? Made me chuckle. Man it's hideous!
Pete J. Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 I have no idea where to begin with this! I suppose I could start with ugly, but the Pontiac Aztek is all that comes up!?
Earl Marischal Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 The colour doesn't do it any favours either. steve
peteski Posted November 17, 2020 Posted November 17, 2020 (edited) Now that one I know very well. Nice choice! I always found them ugly, but seeing it brings back some memories. Edited November 17, 2020 by peteski

peteski Posted November 23, 2020 Posted November 23, 2020 Seeing that photo sure brought back some memories. I grew up in Poznan (one of the places where Tarpan was produced) and I have seen plenty of them on the streets of Poznan. Those are utility vehicles, usually used on farms, and yes, I always thought they were not very pretty. I didn't say "ugly", because they look to be build for function more than for form. Funny thing is that the general arrangement of the early 2000s Chevy Avalanche (and the Cadillac version) is a bit reminiscent of Tarpan. For more fun facts about this vehicle see https://tractors.fandom.com/wiki/FSR_Tarpan Also Tarpan in polish is a breed of extinct wild hose (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarpan ), so could we consider this vehicle as a Polish Mustang?
