I think so, but not sure if the 1:1 cover was an OEM offering of an aftermarket full wheel cover. This vintage ad shows a few AMT-familiar wheel covers, and "G" looks a bit like the six-bar covers from the AMT '53 Ford pickup, so perhaps searching the web for Oldsmobile covers might turn up some better info:

It's an aftermarket knock-off of the '57 Olds 88 base wheelcover design, with six blades and a bullet added; the originals were 14" but the aftermarket ones were available in both 14" and 15" sizes.

Surface rust was often caused by stray animals lifting a leg on them. I lost a set of "Baby Moons" over night, they lasted 24 hours before they turned to rust streaked hub caps.
