So no one ever makes a simple mistake at your place of employment?  No, I do not work for the Post Office.

This "problem" is much bigger than just a worker making a mistake.  Besides mail is handled and routed by machines.  Days of manual mail sorting are long gone.

I've had packages go through the SAME city 4 or 5 times before coming to my home......

Pretty sure it's SOP now.....

I had a parcels tracking say it had gone from the USA to tokyo, yet it arrived at my house a couple of days later so the tracking cant always be believed

at this point i half expect my usps packages to never arrive. when possible i have been paying extra for usps and fedex. in fact, i have a package sitting in usps boston for 1 month with no movement. numerous calls to usps has been no help
