Joe Handley Posted June 8, 2021 Posted June 8, 2021 Since I’m at a complete loss for words here, I’ll just post the link to the video??https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=29dsCVFI0HM
ChrisBcritter Posted June 8, 2021 Posted June 8, 2021 (edited) I like this - makes me wish I had some of those tools. It is a bit unnerving to see him using that hot knife/soldering iron thing so close to his fingertips. Or is that an ultrasonic cutter? Funny thing is I just spent a chunk of evening dislodging, repairing, and drilling lug bolt holes into an old IMC VW spare tire - maybe I should have time-lapsed it and loaded it to YT, then made a dollar or two from the ad revenue . Joe Handley Posted June 8, 2021 Author Posted June 8, 2021 I was watching it with my mouth hanging open, I’m using that Bondic stuff to try out on restyling a AMT ‘57 Chevy and find it interesting, but this was mind blowing! That is why I had to share it with you guys!
Bugatti Fan Posted June 8, 2021 Posted June 8, 2021 It looks like 3d printing by hand instead of using a computer and 3d printing machine. As Spock on Startrek would say 'Fascinating!'
misterNNL Posted June 8, 2021 Posted June 8, 2021 Absolutely amazing talent. I find it fascinating that he knows every single component part of his project so well he can reproduce them and the fit and finish are impeccable. Overall most impressive. Thanks for posting the link.
Oldcarfan27 Posted June 9, 2021 Posted June 9, 2021 That's cool, I want one of those! I can think of a LOT of uses for that tool.
