I always liked the F-100. it is a beautiful truck, looks so familiar. This one i bought from a passed away collegue (as the '78 ElCamino) and restored only the bed. i always think, you can*t have enough from this in the collection - but i only "own" two (except this one) ?

It looked clonish...i dont knew why. Till i took a closer look after removing the bed and saw, that the rear fenders were mounted wrong. the axle sat to far in the back... Now it is o.k. to me.

Beautiful Ford. like in real life, black seems to be a magnet for dust. This aside ,the finish is really beautiful. Black is not easy to do. The all black theme looks gorgeous.

This is a great looking model of a truck that was and still is very popular. You can look at it on your shelf and think of the your friend.
