I see you have done some more great work!  Is the push bar complete?

Thanks Carl! The push bar is done for the most part. There were a few different versions of these.

Looks excellent Brian! I’m with Carl on the weathering in a lot of the reference pictures the truck looks clean. For your concrete you could use tile grout.

Thanks guys! I like the way it looks clean too. You are right Dan, these are about the only clean CF trucks that you find pictures of. Weathering will very light and mostly chassis.

Try casting a thin layer plaster of paris for concrete and when dry, break it up with a hammer.

Bent up pieces of paper clips can work as rebar reinforcement.

Really nice work on the pusher, and a very cool subject.

Not something you see every day.

Thanks! I used a Woodland Scenes version of plaster for the concrete. It turned out pretty good, then it ended up with snow on it.

Looks awesome Brian! Here’s a couple more ideas for you to think about maybe add a guard rail on one side to let you know it’s a snow covered road and maybe some snow on the front of the cab like in your reference picture.

Thanks Dan! I was a little afraid to over do it on the snow. There is a little snow  on the cab, but nothing like the picture of the 1:1. I may experiment some more when I do the outside shots.

You’ve done it again, what a cool looking build, and loaded with detail. The snow is a nice touch, really sells it.
